1. Refund Eligibility

DarkThread provides free member reading access so users can review the service before purchasing a pass. Refunds may be requested in the following cases.

1. The pass was not applied to the account after payment.
2. The service cannot be used due to an issue attributable to us.
3. A payment error or duplicate payment occurred.
4. Paid content has not been used after pass activation.

2. Refund Limits

A pass is a digital content access product applied to the account immediately after payment. If paid-access posts are read using the pass, digital content provision may be considered started and refunds may be limited.

Refunds may also be limited under commerce laws and payment processor policy when a substantial portion of the access period has passed.

3. Process

Refund requests are received through the contact page. After payment verification, we provide the result within 3 business days.
