The Woman Next Door in Mourning Clothes
One day, a strange eyewitness account appeared in the resident group chat and local mom café of a famous newly built large apartment complex in the Seoul metropolitan area.
The post said that a woman dressed in an eerie outfit had recently been seen often around the playgrounds and elevators of the apartment complex, where many young couples lived. Even though it was midsummer, she wandered around the complex dressed entirely in long-sleeved black mourning clothes, or traditional mourning attire, with a white mourning pin in her hair.
